Saturday Class Policies

Please read these policies carefully before agreeing to them on our class registration page. Thank you!

The following policies and procedures have been put in place to provide accessible, safe classrooms for your children. Please help to make our classes run efficiently by adhering to the following guidelines.

  • No refunds will be given after payment for any class/event is received.

  • Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for the conduct of their child(ren) while visiting Discovery PitStop and will be held liable for any damaged property.

  • Parents/guardians agree that they shall remain on the premises at all times that their children are present. In addition, Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s supervision and safety while at Discovery PitStop.

  • Parents/guardians and their child(ren) shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not threaten the health, well-being and full enjoyment of other visitors. Anyone entering Discovery PitStop, under the age of 18, is required to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian accompanying the child. Refusal to comply prompts Discovery PitStop the right to refuse entry. No exceptions granted.

  • Our facility is designed for children 4 years old or younger. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any child(ren) over that age.

  • Socks are required beyond the reception are for adults and children. Outdoor footwear is prohibited in the facility. Non-skid socks are recommended for children to prevent sliding/falling. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone who does not have the proper footwear.

  • Please do not bring any child(ren) into Discovery PitStop when they are ill or have a communicable medical condition. We reserve the right to restrict admission and/or send the child home, when, in our opinion, that child is ill or risks the health or well being of other children.

  • Discovery PitStop reserves the right to limit the number of people that occupy any area of the facility. Guests may be asked to wait outside the facility in order to remain within safe occupancy limits and will be admitted at Management’s discretion.

  • Guests are prohibited from bringing any food, drink, gum or candy into the classrooms of our facility as some children have severe food allergies that can be triggered simply by the presence of certain foods in the room. 

  • For the health and safety of those with nut allergies, Discovery PitStop is a Nut Free Zone; no nuts of any kind or in any form are permitted. 

  • No rough play or fighting allowed. We do not tolerate bullying, fighting and/or rough/horse play. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any guests involved in bullying, biting, fighting, rough/horse play, purposely destroying toys, equipment and/or disrespect of others and remove them from the facility without a refund.

  • Our facility is designed for CHILD(REN)’S USE ONLY.

  • Discovery PitStop Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of your property. Do not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended.

  • Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations and must follow any safety instructions and directions given by Discovery PitStop personnel. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove any guest that does not follow these rules without a refund.
